Winter in Tahoe

by | Jan 13, 2014

The snowpack is low in the Tahoe Basin and the Sierras, and so if possible it’s a good idea to hydrate your plants.  Evergreens especially (Holly’s or Pine trees for example) lose moisture through their needles and leaves, without any way of replacing it.   If the ground is not frozen it’s a good idea to water your other deciduous plants as well.

I received some good news the other day from a happy client enjoying the warmth of their fire pit with friends and family and a glass of wine.  We are expecting a robust season starting in the spring, so it’s not too early to start thinking about what you would like to do for your business or home property, be it that new custom designed fire pit, a striking water feature, or a unique garden for you.

We look forward to another successful year of serving you with all your landscaping needs in the 2014 season.  Feel free to contact us.
